After receiving the booking or a request for information, Riad Essaouira Dharma responds by return email informing you of the different options of stays and explains the way to finalize your reservation as soon as possible.
When the Dharma-Riad Essaouira and future hosts agree on the dates of your stay (beginning and end), the total cost of this stay will be calculated and we proceed to the final phase of reservation.
The final phase of the booking involves a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount. The confirmation of the stay is done only after receiving the deposit (or proof of deposit) as a deposit by bank transfer or debit from your credit card.
Bank Transfer:
After receiving your application for residence, Riad Dharma will send the account numbers to be credited and the timeframe in which we store your optional stay. Passed this delay, we reserve the right to offer to others the stay you have booked in advance.
Upon receiving of the receipt of the transfer by fax or email (in which case you will have to scan the document), we will confirm the booking definitively within 12h by another e-mail.
Children and extra beds
- Free! A child under 10 year (s) stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Free! One child under 2 year (s) stays free of charge in a baby bed.
- An older child or adult is charged 40 Euros per night and person in an extra bed.
- The maximum number of extra beds or baby bed in a room is 1.
- Extra beds or baby beds are available on request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel when booking.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total amount of the reservation on the site and needs to be confirmed directly with the hotel.
Domestic Animals
Free! Pets are allowed on request (no charge).
3 - Cancellation and prepayment conditions (Cancellation period):
3 months before arrival
For all exclusive bookings made 3 months in advance, Riad Dharma reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the arrival date and request a deposit of 50% of the total amount non-refundable stay .
30 to 21 days before arrival
30% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
20 to 11 days before arrival
50% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
Less than 11 days before arrival
No show and early departure: the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
Regulation
The payment of your stay will be settled when you leave the Riad Dharma-Essaouira.
Please note: Credit card payments are increased by + 4% on your entire bill.
